FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, call the office.
Booking and delivery
How fast can I get a dumpster?+
Next business day anywhere in our area, Monday through Saturday. Book before noon and Boise and Meridian are often the same afternoon.
Do I need to be there?+
No. Tell us where to put it, or send a photo of the spot, and the driver will set it there.
Where can it go?+
A driveway, a lot, a gravel pad or a street with a permit. We need about 60 feet of straight run to set it and 14 feet of overhead clearance.
Will it damage my driveway?+
We put plywood under the rails on every delivery. Concrete and asphalt driveways are fine.
Pricing
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, the days and the weight listed for the size. The pricing page lists the fees that could add to it.
How does weight get charged?+
The landfill weighs the truck in and out. Over the included tons, it's $75 a ton, and the ticket goes on your invoice.
Is there a deposit?+
No. A card on file when you book, charged when the invoice is final.
Loading
What can't go in?+
Paint, chemicals, batteries, propane, tires without a fee, asbestos, and anything hazardous. The what-goes-in page has the full list.
Can I fill it above the top?+
No. The truck can't tarp it and the landfill won't take it. Load level with the rim.
Can I put heavy stuff in a big dumpster?+
A little. A full load of concrete, dirt or brick goes in a 10 yard only; bigger containers full of it can't be lifted.
Pickup
How do I get it picked up?+
Call or text. We pick up the next business day. If you don't call, we come on day seven.
Can I keep it longer?+
Yes, $15 a day, or book the 14-day rate up front.
What if it fills up early?+
Dump and return, $245: we haul the full one and bring it back empty, usually the same day.
