The 40 is for construction sites, commercial projects and demolition: framing scrap, sheathing, packaging, a full building cleanout. It's eight feet tall, so most loading happens through the rear door or from a lift.
Contractors on a long job usually keep one on site and call for a dump-and-return when it fills. We bring it back empty the same day.

Yes. A 40 on a monthly rate with dump-and-return as needed is how most of our builders run. Call for the monthly number.
Can a 40 go on a residential street?+
With a permit, yes, but it's rare. For a house project a 30 is almost always enough and fits the driveway.
